Since our beginnings in 2003, we have continued to develop our capabilities in precision metal component manufacturing. Following corporate restructuring in 2020,
we officially became Nantong Kunda Metal Products Co., Ltd.
in 2025. Today, we operate from Nantong, Jiangsu, with a 20-mu production site and a total building
area of 34,778 square meters. Our team includes 74 employees, including 15 dedicated research and
technical professionals supporting product development and process improvement.
Focused on Automotive Precision Metal Components
Our core business centers on precision metal components for the automotive industry. We manufacture
solenoid valve housings, diesel engine thermostat pipe and valve assemblies, fuel tank cap metal
components, fuel filler pipe metal parts, and other automotive precision stamping components.
With an annual production capacity of up to 20 million metal parts, our products support automotive
vehicle and component supply chains. In addition to serving customers in China, our products are also
exported to the United States, giving us practical experience in supporting both domestic and
international sourcing requirements.
Integrated Manufacturing from Stamping to Machining
Reliable metal component production depends on more than a single process. We combine product
development, process development, product design, precision stamping, machining, welding, brazing,
tube processing, cleaning, and inspection within our manufacturing system.
Our production resources include continuous-die stamping lines, robotic automated stamping lines,
multi-die mechanical handling lines, pitch-die stamping lines, and brazing lines. We are also equipped
with automatic chipless tube cutting and double-end chamfering equipment, ultrasonic cleaning systems,
double-face grinding machines, automatic arc and straight-line welding equipment, precision presses,
CNC machining centers, wire EDM machines, drilling equipment, and CNC lathes.
This combination enables us to support different precision metal manufacturing projects according to
confirmed drawings, materials, process requirements, tolerances, and purchasing specifications.
Quality Control Throughout Production
For automotive components, dimensional consistency and controlled manufacturing are essential. Our
inspection center is equipped with digital projectors, coating thickness gauges, 3D measuring equipment,
hardness testers, push-pull force gauges, automated finished-product inspection systems, and coordinate
measuring machines.
These inspection resources support full-dimensional inspection and product performance verification
throughout the manufacturing process.
IATF 16949 and AS9100D Quality Management Systems
We have obtained IATF 16949:2016 automotive industry quality management system certification and
AS9100D aerospace manufacturing quality management system certification. These systems provide a
structured quality-management foundation for our precision manufacturing operations.
Our focus on stable quality and efficient delivery has also helped us earn customer recognition over
many years.
